It has been a great pleasure dealing with Gaskells. From our first introduction to Tom Cumberland, our account manager, we knew this side of our business would run smoothly.  He met me in person, visited all our properties, discussed all the options, reassured me that all recycling will be carried out – even when we could only offer guests mixed bins due to space limitations.  Recycling is very important to us, and to our guests – it was good to have their reassurance and promise that all will be dealt with on our behalf.  Everyone in Gaskells is so polite and friendly – it really does make a difference.  When we did a little research all we heard was praise and we can now see why. The accounts arrive on time and in the format we need, on line payments are acknowledged, contracts arrive overnight and the bins are delivered when agreed. We requested locks for our town bins and these were provided without a fuss.    In the quieter winter months an on demand collection service has been set up and is running smoothly.  We have even had unscheduled emergency bin empties done on the same day – a panic our end but complete calm and understanding at the Gaskells end. We were introduced to Gaskells in summer 2016 and have since moved all our waste services across to them. The switching process was seamless and we saved 40% on our waste costs from day one. They are a modern alternative to the usual waste providers, with the majority of waste being recycled. Their collection service is prompt and backed up with by a good customer service team. Gaskells has been providing waste bins, regular compactor collection, and sundry other occasional services – from open-top skips to helpful, quite specialized advice – to us for over five years.

The service has been first-rate throughout, with an excellent customer service team complimenting a cadre of drivers who are invariably punctual and careful.
