We’re proud to be working with Pakawaste Ltd as our preferred waste equipment supplier.

Pakawaste Ltd are the UK’s number one Waste Handling System provider, and one of the only manufacturers left who complete the whole process of producing compactors and balers, right from the initial design to manufacture, through to installation. Anything our customers ask for, Pakawaste are truly innovative with their designs, and can come up with a solution.

They’ve already provided us with bespoke compactors for Liverpool John Lennon Airport, and we’re currently working on a number of other joint projects . It’s also a bonus that, like us, they’re based in the northwest and are helping the regional economy and manufacturing sector.

As part of our partnership, our Sales team were invited to a special open day at Pakawaste’s purpose built factory in Preston, to see first hand the work that goes into producing compactors and balers, and also learn more about the work Pakawaste does.

Commercial Director at Gaskells Denise Banks said “We think it’s incredibly important that all our Contracts Managers get to know the team at Pakawaste on a personal level, which will build on our already strong partnership, as there’s nothing better than that personal contact. Spending the day here, and especially having a tour of the factory and presentation, has equipped our team with more knowledge and confidence to move forward and diversify, as Gaskells expansion continues. Pakawaste are the best in the business, and we’re delighted to be working in partnership with them. I’d also like to say Jason at Pakawaste does a mean barbecue too.. really fantastic company with fantastic hospitality.“

CEO of Pakawaste David Hamer said “Everyone at Pakawaste is incredibly proud we’re the preferred waste equipment supplier for Gaskells Waste Services. It’s a really strong company with a great ethos, as a family run, northwest based firm. We like working with all our partners and customers to remove some of the mystery surrounding compactors and balers and our other equipment, so they feel equipped with the knowledge and reassurance we’re working together as a team. This open day with the staff from Gaskells has been absolutely invaluable.  We’re now even more confident our partnership will be incredibly mutually beneficial, and we’re looking forward to exciting times ahead.”
